What is collected
When you buy a license or request a classroom license, this site collects the details on the form: your name, organization or school, email address, optional phone number, venue, city and state, dates, audience size and the play. It also records the time you accepted the license terms, your typed signature, and your IP address and browser type as evidence of that acceptance.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. Card and bank details are entered on PayPal's own page and never reach this site. This site receives only the confirmation PayPal sends back (amount, status and a transaction number). PayPal's own privacy statement applies to what you give PayPal.
How it is used
The information is used to issue and keep a record of your license, email you the license and the script, answer your questions, and resolve any dispute about the license. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing. It is kept as a business record of the license for at least seven years.
The license cart
The cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a page reload. It is not sent anywhere until you submit a request or buy a license. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Quote requests sent with the "Send quote request" button go from your own email program to info@edgarchisholm.com.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information held about you, email info@edgarchisholm.com. A record of an issued license may be kept where it is needed to show what was licensed.
