Apollo run announced, then canceled

The first Playbill notice announced a July 6 to 8 presentation at New York's Apollo. A second notice reported that the run was canceled hours before its first performance and would be resurrected on July 14.

The notices identify the play as part of the Third Annual Harlem Summer Arts Festival. They also describe the production as directed by the author.
